About Sarah
Hi, I'm Sarah Hutchison, PMHNP-BC. I understand that navigating mental health challenges can feel overwhelming, and I want you to know that you don't have to face them alone. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey to better mental health.
With more than 14 years of experience in emergency medicine and psychiatric nursing, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of mental health needs. I believe that every person deserves individualized, evidence-based care that recognizes their unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and other mood and behavioral health disorders.
My approach is holistic and collaborative. I believe that lasting wellness comes from treating the whole person—not just symptoms. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and education to help you build resilience, improve daily functioning, and achieve your personal goals.
